Who we are

My work is led by me, Ryan Leffel. I chose this path because I care about people understanding what they’re agreeing to—especially with something as important as insurance. Too often, decisions are rushed or made under pressure, and that never sat right with me.

I’m an independent insurance broker, representing over 30 companies, because I wanted the freedom to look at options honestly and explain them clearly. I don’t follow scripts or chase quotas. I take the time to ask questions, learn the details, and help people think through what actually makes sense for their situation.

What matters most to me is helping people protect what they’re building—their home, their income, and the people who depend on them—without fear or confusion driving the decision.
